Legal
Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and Rajhans Book — what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and exactly what happens when something goes wrong. No small print hidden behind smaller print.
Terms and conditions
These terms form a binding agreement between you and [Registered company name] (“Rajhans Book”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of our website, your account and every game you play with us. They are written in plain language on purpose: if any part of it is unclear, ask us before you deposit and we will explain it properly.
Agreement to these terms
By registering an account, depositing funds or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which form part of this agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. Where a specific game, bonus or promotion carries its own rules, those rules apply alongside these terms; if the two ever conflict, the specific rules take precedence for that game or offer only.
Words we use
- Account — the personal account you hold with Rajhans Book.
- Platform — our website, its six arenas and any related application or service we operate.
- Arena — one of our six categories of play: Cricket, Football, Live Casino, Snooker, Slots and Aviator.
- Bet — any stake, wager, spin or round you place or play on the platform.
- Balance — the funds recorded in your account, made up of your own deposits and any winnings or bonus funds.
- Settlement — the point at which the result of a bet is confirmed and your balance is adjusted.
Who may play
To open an account and play, you must be able to confirm all of the following.
- You are 18 or over. Rajhans Book is strictly for adults. There are no exceptions, and we verify age.
- Gambling is legal where you are. It is your responsibility to know the law in your own country, state or territory before you play — see our Disclaimer.
- You are acting for yourself. Accounts are personal. You may not open one on behalf of anyone else, and you may not play with someone else’s money.
- You are not excluded. You have not self-excluded with us, and you are not on a register that prevents you from gambling in [your jurisdiction].
- You are not a restricted person. Our employees, contractors and their immediate families may not hold accounts, and we do not accept customers from [list of restricted territories].
If we find that any of the above is untrue, we may close the account, void the bets affected and return the deposited balance, less any amount we are required by law to withhold.
Your account
You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under a different name, email or device to reuse a promotion — will be closed and the related bonuses forfeited.
Keeping it accurate
The details you give us must be true, complete and yours. If your name, address, email or phone number changes, update them promptly: we use them to verify you and to reach you about withdrawals and security.
Keeping it secure
- Choose a password you do not use anywhere else, and turn on any additional security we offer.
- Do not share your login with anyone, including family, friends or anyone claiming to be from our support desk. We will never ask you for your password.
- Sign out on shared or public devices.
- Tell us immediately at support@rajhansbook.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Until you tell us, activity carried out with your credentials is treated as yours, and bets placed that way normally stand.
Verification checks
We are legally required to confirm who you are, how old you are and — in some cases — where your funds come from. We may ask for identity and address documents when you register, before a withdrawal, or at any point where our [anti-money-laundering obligations] require it.
- Until verification is complete, we may limit deposits, hold withdrawals or restrict play.
- If documents are not supplied within [number] days of a request, the account may be suspended.
- If verification shows that you are under 18, all bets are void, all winnings are forfeited, and we return your deposits.
Documents you send us are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deposits & withdrawals
Deposits
- You may deposit only through the methods shown in your account, and only from an instrument held in your own name.
- The minimum deposit is [minimum amount] and the accepted currency is [currency].
- Deposited funds are for play. We are not a bank, we pay no interest, and accounts must not be used to move or store money.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are paid back to the method you deposited from, wherever the provider allows it.
- The minimum withdrawal is [minimum amount], and requests are normally processed within [processing time] once verification is complete.
- Any outstanding bonus wagering requirement must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
- We may hold a withdrawal while we complete a security or verification check, and we will tell you when we do.
Charges and errors
Your payment provider may apply its own fees or exchange rates, which are outside our control. If funds are credited to your balance in error, we may reverse the entry; if you have already played with money that was never yours, we may recover it from your balance or ask you to return it.
Placing and settling bets
- A bet is placed when we accept it — not when you press the button. You will see a confirmation; if you do not, check your history before trying again.
- You cannot cancel an accepted bet unless a specific game rule or cash-out feature allows it.
- Stakes must be covered by your available balance at the moment the bet is accepted.
- Odds and prices move. The price that applies is the one attached to your bet at acceptance.
- Our records govern. Where your record of a bet differs from ours, our server logs are the authoritative record of what was placed, when, and at what price.
Bets are settled once the result is official. If a result is later corrected by the governing body or the game provider, we may re-settle the bet accordingly — in either direction.
Errors & void bets
Occasionally something goes wrong — a price is published that is obviously incorrect, a game round fails midway, or a feed reports the wrong result. In those cases we may void the bet and return the stake. This includes:
- Obvious pricing errors — an odds or payout figure that is plainly wrong, whether caused by human entry or a technical fault.
- Malfunctions — a game, round or feature that does not complete correctly. A malfunction voids all related plays and pays.
- Late bets — bets accepted after an event started or after the outcome was already known, unless the game is designed to allow in-play betting at that moment.
- Events abandoned, postponed or not played within the period set out in the relevant game rules.
- Bets placed in breach of these terms, including those from duplicate or restricted accounts.
Bonuses & promotions
- Every offer carries its own terms — eligibility, wagering requirement, qualifying games, maximum stake and expiry. Read them before you opt in.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is met in full.
- One offer per person, household, device and payment method, unless we say otherwise.
- We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time, and we may exclude an account from future offers.
- Attempting to exploit an offer — through duplicate accounts, hedged or low-risk betting patterns, or any arrangement designed to convert a bonus into cash without genuine play — forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Fair play
The platform is built to be fair to everyone on it. You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, automated software or any tool that gives an artificial advantage.
- Exploit a bug, glitch or error rather than reporting it to us.
- Collude with other players, or act as part of a group placing coordinated bets.
- Bet on an event you can influence, or where you hold inside information.
- Use the account for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with the operation, security or availability of the platform, or attempt to reach parts of it you have no right to.
- Abuse, threaten or harass our staff or other players.
Where we find a breach, we may void the affected bets, withhold winnings gained from it, suspend or close the account and — where the law requires it — report the matter to the relevant authority.
Responsible play
Gambling is entertainment, not income, and every game on this platform carries a margin in our favour over time. Play with money you can genuinely afford to lose.
- Limits — you can set deposit, session and time limits from your account. A tightened limit applies immediately; a relaxed one takes effect only after a cooling-off period.
- Time out — you can pause your account for a short, fixed period.
- Self-exclusion — you can exclude yourself for [available periods]. Once set it cannot be reversed before it expires, and we will not accept your bets or send you promotions during it.
- Support — free, confidential help is available from [national helpline or support organisation].
If our team sees signs of harm, we may contact you, apply limits or close the account. There is more detail in the responsible play section of our help centre.
Inactive accounts
An account with no login, deposit, withdrawal or bet for [period — e.g. 12 months] is treated as dormant, and we will email you before that point. Where the law allows it, a dormancy fee of [amount or percentage] may be applied, never taking the balance below zero. Your money remains yours: reactivate the account and ask, and any remaining balance is returned to you.
Suspension & closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support desk. We will pay out any withdrawable balance once verification is complete.
We may suspend or close an account where:
- These terms have been breached, or we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion or unlawful use.
- Verification cannot be completed, or the details provided prove to be false.
- We are required to do so by a regulator, a court or applicable law.
- You are under 18, or gambling is not lawful where you are.
Where we close an account for a reason that is not your fault, your withdrawable balance is returned in full. Closure does not affect rights or obligations that already existed at the time.
Intellectual property
The Rajhans Book name, logo, design, text, graphics, interface and code belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for your own play — nothing more.
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, frame, republish, reverse-engineer or build a derivative product from any part of the platform without our written permission. Third-party game content remains the property of the studios that made it.
Availability & downtime
We work hard to keep the platform fast and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Access may be limited for maintenance, upgrades, provider outages or events outside our control, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any game or feature.
Your own connection matters too. Where a bet fails to reach us because of a disconnection at your end, it has not been placed. Where a round is interrupted after a bet was accepted, the game provider’s rules determine how it is resolved — usually by completing the round on reconnection, or by voiding it and returning the stake.
Limitation of liability
You take part in every game at your own risk, and you accept that losing your stake is the ordinary and expected outcome of gambling.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Money you lose through play, however much it is.
- Loss caused by your own connection, device, browser or software.
- Loss of profit, opportunity, data or anticipated winnings.
- Anything caused by a third-party provider, payment processor or event outside our reasonable control.
- Unauthorised use of your account before you told us about it.
Where we are found liable in spite of the above, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to [cap — e.g. the amount staked on the bet in question, or your net deposits over the preceding 30 days].
Complaints & disputes
If something has gone wrong, tell us and give us the chance to fix it.
- Step one — contact the support desk with your account name and the date, time and reference of the bet or transaction. Most issues are resolved here.
- Step two — if you are not satisfied, ask for the matter to be escalated. We aim to give a final written response within [number] days.
- Step three — if you still disagree, you may refer the dispute to [independent adjudicator or ADR body, with contact details], free of charge to you.
In any dispute about a bet, our server logs and transaction records are the authoritative record.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the service, the law or our licence changes. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you directly — by email or by a notice on the platform — before it takes effect, and you may close your account and withdraw your balance if you would rather not accept it. Continuing to play after that point means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — subject to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under this agreement to anyone else.
