Gaming is entertainment you choose. It stops being that the moment it starts feeling like something you chase. The tools below exist for exactly that line, and using them is deliberately boring — no forms, no waiting period, no conversation you have to justify.
The three controls
- Deposit limits — a ceiling per day, week or month. It applies the moment you set it.
- Session limits — how long a single sitting can run before the platform closes it.
- Time limits — a total across the week, regardless of how you spread it.
Message the support desk on Telegram, WhatsApp or the contact page and say what you want. That is the whole process. A limit that lowers your ceiling takes effect straight away; one that raises it deliberately does not, because a limit you can undo in the moment is not a limit.
Cooling-off and self-exclusion
If you want to step away rather than cap something, ask for a cooling-off period — a day, a week, a month. Your account is locked for that time and nothing on our side will nudge you back: no promotional email, no reminder, nothing.
Self-exclusion is the longer version of the same thing, and it is permanent by design. Ask once and it is done, no questions.
Support will never ask you why. If anyone ever does, that is a fault on our side, and we want to hear about it.
Two things worth knowing
Rajhans Book is strictly 18+, and every account is age-verified. That is not negotiable and there are no grey areas.
And if you are reading this about someone else rather than yourself — the desk will talk you through the options either way. The responsible play section of the FAQ covers the rest.
